Reservations

A credit card is required to secure spa appointments. All spa packages are prepaid. We accept all major credit cards. Spa packages, gift certificates, and products may be purchased by telephone or online.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that it is sometimes necessary to reschedule appointments. We ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid charges on your credit card for missed treatments. Spa packages require 48 hours notice to reschedule, or the package will be considered redeemed.

If you must cancel an appointment for a spa package but are not sure when you can enjoy the treatment, be assured that your treatment is valid for one year from the date of purchase. No refunds. Spa credit only.

No Shows

Clients who do not call to cancel and do not show up for a scheduled appointment will be charged the full service rate.

We accept all major credit cards and personal checks with proper ID.

Our Commitment to Your Health

In an attempt to provide the finest health and beauty service possible, we rely on our clients to notify us if they suspect a spa treatment may interfere with any health condition or any health program they are on. All information remains confidential and we are always happy to suggest an alternate treatment.

Product Lines

The product lines that we use and provide for retail sale are scientifically based and of the finest quality. We work with Obagi® Skin Care, Aromapothecary® customized products, and makeup by Jane Iredale®, as well as many other luxury product lines.

Arrival Time

Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated. On any package day service, please arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to check in and enjoy your spa experience as much as possible.

Valuables

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointments.

Smoking

For the comfort of all our clients, the Spa at Aestique® Medical Center is a smoke-free facility.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with any product purchased at the Spa, please let us know within two weeks of purchase. Simply bring in your receipt for an exchange or a Spa credit valid toward any Spa purchase. We can only accept merchandise returned with a receipt and within two weeks of purchase.

Age Requirements

Children under 16 are not permitted in the Spa unless a service in being performed for the child.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in any of the Spa services. Tipping is appreciated and left to the discretion of our guests.

The Tuscany

The Tuscany is a relaxing beauty ritual that includes an Aestique® signature Aromapothecary® manicure and pedicure and a hot paraffin hand and foot treatment.

Serenity

After taking care of everyone else, you deserve some pampering of your own. This package includes an Aestique® signature facial and an Aestique® signature Aromapothecary® manicure.

Two hours; $91.

Maternity Spa Day

The Maternity Spa treatment is made to help the expectant mother relax her lower back, feet, and legs while helping re-hydrate her skin. Spa services include a pregnancy massage and an Aestique® signature Aromapothecary® pedicure.

The Bellagio Day

A day to make you feel like royalty! You will be glowing with health and vitality after this perfect day at the Spa, which includes an Aestique® signature Aromapothecary® manicure, an Aestique® signature facial, and makeup application.

Executive Getaway

Even busy executives need to take time to relax. Just give us a few hours and we will send you back to work feeling renewed and energized. Your executive grooming includes a deluxe facial and a deep-tissue therapeutic massage.

La Stone

During this wonderful therapeutic treatment, natural stones become an extension of the therapist’s hands. Experience a soothing pedicure with exfoliation that incorporates smooth warm stones massaged into your feet and calves. This is accompanied by a massage combined with deep heat therapy via smooth polished basalt lava stones.

Teen Appeal

When your baby girl becomes a beautiful young woman, it is time for her first pampering at the Spa at Aestique® Medical Center. The Teen Appeal treatment includes an Aestique® signature Aromapothecary® manicure and pedicure, mini facial, and personalized makeup application.

The Renaissance

The Renaissance is a wonderful, relaxing, and skin-softening arrangement of body care therapies. Spa services include an Aromapothecary® Body Polish and an Aestique® signature Aromapothecary® massage.

Executive Escape

For the busy executive, our Aestique® Aromapothecary® purification massage, mini facial, and Aestique® signature Aromapothecary® manicure will bring relaxation without stealing too much work time.

Bridal Spa Day
