Dr. Theodore A. Lazzaro, Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Theodore A. Lazzaro is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and was the 1995-1996 president of the Greater Pittsburgh Plastic Surgical Society. He graduated cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh in 1965.
Prior to earning his medical degree, Dr. Lazzaro received a D.M.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. He completed a three-year residency in oral surgery at the University of Pennsylvania, where he also served as professor of oral surgery.
Dr. Lazzaro earned his medical degree at Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., trained in general surgery at the University of California at San Francisco, and ultimately trained as an aesthetic, plastic, and reconstructive surgeon at The Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh. He began private practice in 1979 and founded Aestique® Medical Center in 1988. As a premier plastic surgeon drawing patients from Greensburg, Pittsburgh, and surrounding areas to Aestique® Medical Center, Dr. Lazzaro specializes in facial surgery, body contouring, and breast enhancement, including breast reconstruction and breast reduction procedures.

In addition to acting as the medical director of Aestique® Medical Center, Dr. Theodore A. Lazzaro is on the staff of Excela Health’s Westmoreland Regional Hospital, Excela Health’s Latrobe Area Hospital, and Jeannette Hospital. He is on the board of the Leukemia Society of America and is a former trustee of the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg.

Dr. Jeffrey Antimarino, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon
Dr. Jeffrey Antimarino is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Inc. He attended the University of Utah, graduated from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, and received his medical degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. At the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, Dr. Antimarino underwent training as a general surgeon as well as in his specialty, plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Throughout his training, he has focused on aesthetic and reconstructive surgery as well as burn injuries and wound care. He has received numerous honors and awards, including teaching awards from University of Southern California/Keck School of Medicine and the appointment of Administrative Chief Resident of Plastic Surgery of the University of Southern California in 2001.
In 2007, Dr. Antimarino joined the renowned practice of Dr. Theodore A. Lazzaro, where he specializes in aesthetic/cosmetic surgery of the face, breast and body, as well as skin cancers.
Dr. Antimarino holds privileges and is on the staff at Aestique® Medical Center, Excela Health’s Westmoreland Regional Hospital, and Excela Health’s Latrobe Area Hospital. He is an active member of the American Society of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and the American Burn Association.
Dr. Antimarino enjoys spending time with his wife and children. Born and raised in Jeannette, Pennsylvania, he also enjoys participating in local community events.

Anesthesia Services
Anesthesia services at Aestique® Medical Center are performed by board-certified anesthesiologists and certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs) under the direction of Dr. Guy Leone. Anesthesia services encompass all types of anesthesia, including general, regional, and sedation techniques.
Dr. Guy Leone, Anesthesiologist
Dr. Leone completed his anesthesia training at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh and has been board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology since 1987. In addition to this specialization, Dr. Leone is a pediatrician, trained at Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh. He served for 15 years as Director of Anesthesia Services at Westmoreland Regional Hospital. Dr. Leone’s work as an anesthesiologist is characterized not only by excellence in practice, but also by compassion.
Dr. Leone is a member of the American Medical Society, the American Board of Anesthesiology, and the Western Pennsylvania Society of Anesthesiology.
Dr. Charles Defrancesco, Anesthesiologist
Partnered with Dr. Guy Leone, Dr. Charles Defrancesco offers excellence, quality, and a sincere interest in positive anesthetic outcomes for patients. Prior to coming to Aestique® Medical Center, Dr. Defrancesco served as staff anesthesiologist at Westmoreland Regional Hospital from 1985-2000, and as chairman of the Department of Anesthesiology from 1991 to 1997. He also served as co-medical director and faculty of the Westmoreland/Latrobe School of Nurse Anesthesia from 1985-2000.
Dr. DeFrancesco holds memberships in the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the Pennsylvania Society of Anesthesiologists, the Western Pennsylvania Society of Anesthesiologists, the Pennsylvania Medical Society, and the Westmoreland County Medical Society.
